As Winston-Salem native, I am familiar with every aspect of our area. I loved seeing the way our city and surrounding areas have changed through the years. After spending years in the automotive industry, I transitioned to real estate in 2016. My previous automotive experience (partially self-employed) taught me how working hard for my clients pays off for everyone in the long run. As a partner in a construction company, I quickly increased my knowledge of construction, repair and remodel costs, and analyzing property conditions. I have helped sellers and buyers with purchases that were move-in ready to complete remodels as well as ground-up new construction. While working with experienced buyers and sellers is great, first-time home buyers are my favorite clients. Sharing that excitement of owning your first home is a joy to relive time and time again.
